SAUVIGNON BLANC RESEARCH
The Government science funding agency Foundation for Research, Science and Technology is pouring $9.9 million over 6 years in to Sauvignon Blanc research to be undertaken by a consortium let by Auckland University. The research will focus on understanding what kind of flavours international consumers want and then create wines with those aroma profiles.
