Growbiz International Ltd maintains an accurate list of wines for supply to clients but occasionally due to circumstances outside our control, some wines may be unavailable at time of ordering. Wines can be out of stock, deleted at short notice by wineries, or subject to vintage change. On receipt of an order, Growbiz International will check availability and confirm that the requested wines are available. If wines are no longer available, Growbiz International Ltd will recommend substitutes that are similar in quality and price.

Please note we try to maintain stable prices but they may be subject to change when suppliers increase prices. We will advise of any changes in processing orders so the client has right to decide if the changed price is acceptable.

We regret we are unable to supply the New Zealand market as our products are supplied at duty free prices. The only exception to this is where an individual is transferring overseas, and ships the products with his/her personal effects. In such cases, evidence of export is essential to meet New Zealand Customs Service requirements.

In most instances, yes. However, some suppliers have exclusive agency agreements in selected countries, and in supplying Growbiz they restrict distribution of their products in those markets only to diplomatic clients. For more more information please complete the enquiry form.

Yes, subject to local restrictions on the importation of alcohol. We are, however, not able to take responsibility for any import restrictions at the client’s end and strongly recommend that you check with your local Customs authorities to determine if you can import wines and the other products on offer. If you reside in the US, regrettably you do not seem to have the same freedom as other countries to import wine.

As we export our wines, the prices do not include local duties and taxes. For this reason, we are unable to supply our wines to the New Zealand domestic market.

We have no minimum order requirement. However, with shipping by sea, shipping companies normally levy a minimum charge equal to the rate for 1 cubic metre, which is approximately 30 cartons of wine. This minimum cost is incurred for orders from 1 to 30 cartons. There is no such restriction with airfreight, but airfreight costs are more expensive than sea freight.

The symbol is Zeng (pronounced “sing”) It means add, increase, grow – all positive.

When Growbiz International was established in 1994 we wanted a logo symbol to express our hopes and aspirations for the venture we were embarking on. It had to be positive and encompass our views of a bright future.

“Zeng” in Mandarin provided it all – the character is simple and easy to produce in a logo.

It is Growbiz!
