Change in Payment Terms

From 1 April 2024, payment will be required on receipt of the invoice, not on receipt of the goods.

In 2024 we will achieve a milestone of supplying diplomatic missions for 30 years.  Our success is largely due to you, our clients, and our suppliers who have supported us so well over the years.  Long may it continue.

We are proud we have not adjusted margins or changed our terms of trade in those thirty years. Sadly, however, we are finding increasing pressure on our cashflow as late payments are becoming an issue.

We want to continue as we have in the past, but with one change. From 1 April 2024, payment will be required on receipt of the invoice, not on receipt of the goods.  Our invoice already notes payment should be made on receipt of invoice, but we have never enforced it with late payment penalties. At this stage we will not implement such penalties but do seek your assistance in ensuring payment is made on receipt of the final invoice.

As in the past if issues arrive on receipt of the goods, we will always resolve it through replacement, refunds or credits when the loss is our reasonability. Thankfully in 30 years the number of such instances has been negligible.
